How To Empy a Coke Can in 5 Simple Steps

Some of you know of my interest in collecting Coke cans/bottles. A hobby which I started a long long time ago, however I've stopped collecting Coke cans (and only focus on Coke bottles) as one after another the contents inside leak out after a certain period of time. This always leave a mess and more importantly damages the can as it goes out of shape due to the pressure from within the can forcing itself out. It's heartbreaking to see something I cherish damaged not due to any fault of mine.

Fortunately another avid collector friend of mine who wishes to remain anonymous sent me a 5 Step Manual (created by her of course) on how to empty your Coke can without damaging the exterior of the can itself. For sure it will be different as your Coke can will be empty and does not give u the 'feeling' of it being the 'Real Thing' but at least I've the safe knowledge that it won't go out of shape few years down the road. You could view the Manual by clicking on the image below.

The Double....

What a week for Liverpool fans... First up was a 4-0 demolition of Real Madrid... followed up by this result .... Manure 1 - 4 Liverpool. Although United by my reckon will win the BPL title, it still feels good to at least rub our noses on them.

Gerrard's Penalty - Sealed with a kiss.

Torres reminding United fans that Pool has 5 European Cups on hand.

Shin Jah's Big Day

Shin Jah was my ex-colleague during my days at Castle. Even though we were in different Departments we would occasionally hang out together for work and play. Having a few things and interests in common helped us to keep in touch even though we went separate ways back in 2003. It was not a surprise when he invited me for his BIG Day a month ago as he has been in this relationship was quite some time. What surprised me however was I've not met her once although I do at least catch up with him once a week.

The Joy and Agony Of Being A Liverpool Fan...

For 82 minutes into the game, I stared at the TV blankly as a Liverpool fan not believing the result displayed on the screen as Liverpool was 1-2 down to Portsmouth. Somehow there was a belief (but I've got to admit I did not had the confidence as before) that Liverpool will not give out without a fight and get a result out of this game with so little time left.

Fortunately Liverpool is blessed with The Miracle.... No not Steven Gerrard (not for today anyway) but none other than The Spanish Matador FERNANDO TORRES.... Enough said. With a minute of the 3 extra minutes allocated, Torres heads in an injury time winner to seal (3-2 score in favour of Liverpool) yet another amazing comeback for the team.

Thank you Fernando Torres for making my day.

New Year, New Hope.

Happy New Year. The last 2 months of the year was a bad one for me personally as many unhappy memories lingered in my mind as 2008 came to a close. I hope that 2009 would be the start of a new high... No New Year Resolutions (as studies have shown that 80% of people never fulfill their resolutions anyway). What better way to start of the New Year by filling up your coffers with dough as Chinese New Year approaches. Then it's back to the race again.

Wait a minute hold on... according to Chinese beliefs, you should also pick the day you resume work as to ensure you have an auspicious year ahead. As such for me, being born in the year of the Horse should resume work on 29th of January according to the fortune chart I received in my Gmail Inbox today. I wonder how accurate this chart is anyway... but following it won't harm either. You could try it out to see if it works by referring to it. (But of course you would have to work hard la... don't expect to resume work and sit at home the whole year expecting money to fall from the sky). Have fun...!!! Bring 2009 on!!!
