21km Energizer Night Race 2010 Result

Did not do too well this time round as I was struck with diarrhea 7 hours before the race. Overall it was an enjoyable race but there are many points that the Organizers have to look into before hosting the Event again.

Pros:
Plenty of Water Stations.
Good atmosphere.
Useful items in Goodie Bag.

Cons:
Lack of sponge.
Not enough of Distance markers. Marshals were not even aware of how many KM more the finishing line was.
Car Park Area.
Vest Sizing.

21km Energizer Run @ Cyberjaya Run

Following up from the recent New Balance 15km Run, tonight is the Energizer Night Race 2010 Malaysia. There was so much of negative feedback from Participants as most were given Running Vests that did not match their size. The Organizer's Facebook received alot of flak from Runners. Promises to do something about were made but up to now .... just short of 2 hours before the run... nothing has been done yet...

How To Empy a Coke Can in 5 Simple Steps

Some of you know of my interest in collecting Coke cans/bottles. A hobby which I started a long long time ago, however I've stopped collecting Coke cans (and only focus on Coke bottles) as one after another the contents inside leak out after a certain period of time. This always leave a mess and more importantly damages the can as it goes out of shape due to the pressure from within the can forcing itself out. It's heartbreaking to see something I cherish damaged not due to any fault of mine.

Fortunately another avid collector friend of mine who wishes to remain anonymous sent me a 5 Step Manual (created by her of course) on how to empty your Coke can without damaging the exterior of the can itself. For sure it will be different as your Coke can will be empty and does not give u the 'feeling' of it being the 'Real Thing' but at least I've the safe knowledge that it won't go out of shape few years down the road. What a week for Liverpool fans... First up was a 4-0 demolition of Real Madrid... followed up by this result .... Manure 1 - 4 Liverpool. Although United by my reckon will win the BPL title, it still feels good to at least rub our noses on them.
