In about 24 hours I'll be making my way to Penang for the 2007 Penang Bridge Marathon Run. No, I'm not participating in the run (perhaps i'll try it next year) but on official business there. Having stopped running for the past 2 years, I noticed a dramatic change in my fitness levels and also physical outlook.

Now - I'm a Prisoner in my own body
I hereby make a promise to myself I'll start running again after the trip to Penang. However, this will still give me a good excuse to indulge on some well known Penang food like Char Koay Teow, Asam Laksa, Rojak and Sotong Bakar. I'm already salivating thinking about it.
